Good Work Network supports the strong entrepreneurial spirit of New Orleans which is helping revitalize our local economy needs the continued support of Good Work Network and your generosity. In fact, Good Work Network has created more than 340 jobs for low-income individuals since 2006. Good Work Network, a 501(c)(3) organization in Central City, is the primary provider of business development services for small community-based businesses, like Thomas Brown's, that support families and sustain communities. The Franz Building Capital Campaign was launched over a year ago and has since raised two thirds of the campaign goal from many individuals and foundations. They gave to the campaign because they believed in its goals: Renovate the historic Franz Building located on Oretha Castle Haley; House the expanded operations of Good Work Network; Contribute to the organization's sustainability through rental revenues; Provide retail and incubator office rental units for small businesses; and Anchor economic development on this once vibrant commercial corridor.
